It’s an older condo location close to the beach. It can be confusing because you have to find the address then the actual building by letter and then condo number. There is no elevator! So I do not recommend for those who have issues with stairs or need an elevator. I counted and to get to the 2nd floor there was 42 steps up the stairs. And there are several floors above. Has nothing to do with the units it has to do with the people that are staying there especially today November 7, 2024 building 200 unit building P you guys don’t know how to tip and your renting to locals the people that are staying in these units do not know how to tipdelivery drivers DoorDash don’t matter what delivery company so people that are delivering know that a lot of people especially locals that are renting the units in this building do not tip
Nice place and only a block from the ocean, but it has no elevator, and I am disabled, so climbing thr stairs to our condo on the 3rd floor was very painful. I would recommend it for those with no mobility problems though.
