We recently had our company car sent in for repairs and were informed that there would be a delay of one week. On Friday, I called to inquire about the reason for the delay. I was told it was due to issues with the supplier and that they had already asked the supplier for an estimated time of arrival (ETA) days earlier. The team were so lovely. They got me in for a quote quickly and when circumstances changed they squeezed me in last minute. Mark, looked after my car. Had a look and was happy enough to attempt a buff out for the scratch. Very thankful for these guys and will definitely return to them if required. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.
The communication and time management was disappointing and far less than ideal. They had my car for much longer than I was originally told, which generally would’ve been fine, but everyday I would get a call saying it wasn’t ready and would be ready the next day.
