The team were so lovely. They got me in for a quote quickly and when circumstances changed they squeezed me in last minute. Mark, looked after my car. Had a look and was happy enough to attempt a buff out for the scratch. Very thankful for these guys and will definitely return to them if required. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.
The communication and time management was disappointing and far less than ideal. They had my car for much longer than I was originally told, which generally would’ve been fine, but everyday I would get a call saying it wasn’t ready and would be ready the next day. Then when I was finally able to pick it up they told me when I got there that it wasn’t actually done and would need to come back to have another part fitted that was on back order and would take half an hour and they would be in touch when it arrived. 3 months lat... read more
