Work was carried out in the specified time to the highest standard. The car was detailed as new on completion
Communication: 0/10 - both for lack of it (had to follow up myself after months of hearing nothing) and for telling me, the customer things initially that weren’t true such as “we’ll just take it to TC Boxes and they’ll fit the replacement” where the tray was originally from and fitted and now learn they learnt of a back order on the tray so ordered through Supercoat - who had to get the tray from TC Boxes anyway, so have added unnecessary delay and won’t cancel the order to let me get it fixed through TC Boxes who can do it... read more
