Great people to work with!
Me and my husband went to look at the houses. The girl said the houses were open so we walked over there. Both were locked. When we went to go tell her, it seemed like she didnt believe me and said, "Are you sure?" Yes, I am sure. There was no attempt to unlock the doors, so we left.
We purchased a home from Shipshewana Homes 5 years ago. We were able to modify the floor plan to fit our wants and the needs of our building lot. They were easy to work with and met the timelines they set up. Post construction they have been helpful with the few things that needed adjustment. Never having built a home before, one thing we wished they had done, was give us more options to consider when choosing finishes.
