I cannot say enough about Susan with Ships N Trips Travel. We used her last summer when we took our first cruise. Being our first cruise we were lost as to what to expect and do. She helped us every step of the way. I thought that I could book the cruise by myself but she ended up saving us a lot of money and the time and hassle she saved me you cannot put a price tag on. Susan's great personality and attention to detail ensured the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation you could possibly imagine. Usually I am very hands on when it comes to planning trips, but the headache of organizing it all gets stressful. Susan is very hands on, always available, and knowledgeable of the industry!
