Michelle put synthetic teak flooring on my center console in 2020. There was a mixup at 3M with the adhesive, and it started coming off. I was thrilled that Michelle came out and stood behind her work and replaced the entire flooring on the boat at no charge. This level of service and commitment to customers is hard to find these days, especially in the boating industry. Now I'm going to have her do a similar floor for my dinghy. I highly recommend Ships Ahoy.
