I love the Ship Shop!!! It's painless. I have returned items. They look up the info and mail it out for me. I am very comfortable letting them wrap and send. The staff are extremely helpful and patient.
The gentleman who works there will go above and beyond for you every time. Solid stuff. He's helped me on a few amazon returns making sure I don't get taken advantage of.
waited a month for a tracking number on a package i paid for 5 day shipping. no communication from the company. i had to call multiple times to receive any info as they did not return calls.
