Worst customer service. Terrible place for sending important items of value. Seemed like she got attitude when I asked to use a piece of tape. 6in of tape ruined her day. And then everybody else got asked if they want confirmation and all she told me to do was throw the package in a basket which was a complete mess and look like an accident waiting to happen for my package. waited a month for a tracking number on a package i paid for 5 day shipping. no communication from the company. i had to call multiple times to receive any info as they did not return calls.

I love the Ship Shop!!! It's painless. I have returned items. They look up the info and mail it out for me. I am very comfortable letting them wrap and send. The staff are extremely helpful and patient.
