Three people are working the counter. We are in the drive thru for almost fifteen minutes waiting for them to process our shipment. They forgot to process two items and didn’t catch it because they are to busy messing around and working on something other then the customer they started helping. I called them to see if they can fix the mistake and they want me to come back in. Really, you are the one who overlooked it. So frustrating!! Really unprofessional in person and on the phone!
This is the only place I ever go for any shipping needs. They have everything you need. Boxes, wrapping, envelopes, and postage. They find the best way to ship to your package whether it be USPS, FedEx, or UPS. They service is the best in town. Great people, great business.
