Initial contact was great, we even visited the warehouse in Coolum whilst on holiday. Jonathan and the team spent a long time going through the entire build process. We had no idea these pools were all hand made from scratch. We decided on the 20 footer in blue and are very happy with the outcome. A few delays were experienced but what made it worthwhile was that Container Pools covered the increased transport costs down to us in NSW.

This company currently has almost $40,000 of mine for a pool build that they refuse to work on, they have had that money since February and have not been able to show any progress on the build. They have stopped answering my calls, messages and emails, including threats to engage a lawyer or involve the ACCC. I even messaged the owner via LinkedIn but he has not bothered to respond. I am now in the process of engaging a lawyer to retrieve my money along with damages regarding money spent on engineering and associated deck fo... read more

Beyond a joke. Extremely poor communication and blown out production date. We started started this process in January with the first payment, followed by the total of a 75% payment in February to lock our production date in. Our project manager initially stated end of March for delivery. End of March came, no word from SCP to advise of delays. Extremely disappointing experience with Shipping Container Pools. I purchased and paid for a pool in full last year, but due to unforeseen land issues I was unable to install it. As they couldn’t buy the pool back, I was required to find a private buyer myself—which I did. Over a month ago, I contacted Shipping Container Pools to arrange collection for the new buyer.
