Overall, I’m very happy with the pool, but the warranty process has been disappointing. It took over two years for the company to respond, and while they eventually carried out reasonable repairs to the steel components (including sandblasting and painting), the timber was excluded due to the original manufacturer going out of business. I’m grateful for the work completed, but the delay and lack of clarity around warranty coverage were frustrating

Their customer service is great - friendly, professional and you can tell they genuinely care. I love that they’re a family-owned local business too with such unique pools. Highly recommend reaching out if you’re thinking about a shipping container pool.

Good old fashioned professional courteous service is what the world needs and that is what you get from Container Pools Coolum. I purchase a pool from them in 2018. In that time I have had the requirement for service and spares which I have received. Recently I needed a new pump. The technicians needed to replace the pump were meeting their contract commitments interstate.
