Extremely disappointing experience with Shipping Container Pools. I purchased and paid for a pool in full last year, but due to unforeseen land issues I was unable to install it. As they couldn’t buy the pool back, I was required to find a private buyer myself—which I did. Over a month ago, I contacted Shipping Container Pools to arrange collection for the new buyer. We have experienced ongoing issues with leaks from our pool lights, swim jet and corrosion associated with our container pool and have been attempting to resolve the matter since April 2025. Defects were acknowledged by the company and rectification works were agreed in writing, including removal of leaking components and repair of corrosion damage. Initial service, delivery, look and feel of the pool is great. But their 'Plug - Fill - Play' approach with effortless installation process is false. The sand filter installed was fitted with the wrong clamp and had the bolts stripped, blowing off the multipart valve. After having to buy a new clamp and bolts it was run up again with now the pressure gauge and skimmer box leaking. Half an hour later into initial run up the main pressure return line split. Overall, I’m very happy with the pool, but the warranty process has been disappointing. It took over two years for the company to respond, and while they eventually carried out reasonable repairs to the steel components (including sandblasting and painting), the timber was excluded due to the original manufacturer going out of business. I’m grateful for the work completed, but the delay and lack of clarity around warranty coverage were frustrating
