Having spent over $50,000 dollars on one of your pools, your company recommended a cordless Freedom pool cleaning bot for ease of maintenance. The first 2 “bots” lasted 6 months each tops before they stopped functioning. I contacted you for a refund and bought a cleaner locally as otherwise the pool would not be cleaned over summer. I have requested the refund on a number of occasions . Despite these requests, another bot was delivered and remains unopened and unwanted. I love my shipping container pool, but I’ve had leaking and rust issues since day one (purchased late 2019). The company has already attended twice to try to fix the problems, yet the leaks persist. Because water keeps infiltrating, the rust can’t be stopped, and both the internal frame and the external container continue to deteriorate. On top of that, the hardware used for the decking boards has rusted and broken, creating additional points where water can enter and making the leak problem even worse. Our experience with Shipping Container Pools started very positively, with excellent pre-sales support and communication. Unfortunately, once the first invoice was paid, the experience quickly went downhill. The project was plagued by delays and required continual follow-up from us. Invoices were always issued on time, but very little else was. Purchased 5mtr black pool in February 2025. Upon initial fill white marks started to appear. Informed company which nothing to worry about just wax??? After a few days, the entire surface of pool turned white. After numerous emails containing photographs company representative attended. Arrangements were made for them to attend clean off white & refill pool. White appearance returned when filled with water.
