This place is a complete disappointment! From checking in at the guard shack with a young lady with a lip piercing with a really negative and horrible attitude (must really hate her job). I proceeded in the gate, at 6:20 am, well before my 7am appointment. So I then take my filled out paper to Door #16. If I could put a negative star I would. It was suppose to be a drop and hook. Got to this place at 4:37 pm and finally left at 8:40pm and they could care less about you as a driver. Extremely rude and lazy people.
