THE BEST shipping experience I have EVER had. I came in to ship a recliner back to Amazon. I thought this was going to be difficult because I had called EVERYWHERE for two boxes to fit this thing. I was so PLEASANTLY surprised when I walked in and Matt said we'd be able to figure it out!
