I had a personal line to the firm. I texted as I prefer that unless a phone call is deemed necessary. I had a different attorney for my hearing and Shipon for my appeal. My hearing was uncomfortable and a struggle and we lost. Shipon asked for the people who treated me and contact information and pulled all my records.
