Hi I am a resident of shipman cove since 07/27/2022 it is good place to live but the builder Ashton woods build quality is very poor, we have been facing so much issue from the beginning onwards their material quality is very cheep. So I don't recement Ashton Woods
i am a resident of shipman cove ,it is good place to live in, but the community lack some street light from the area of enterance to 1 mile inside ,the most terrific area in the night,
I love this location so, that we decided to purchase a home simply lovely. Buy here you will not go wrong good people great sales team awesome construction managers. MI homes done wonderful job with this home. We love this community Ps. New update for those of you are intrested in buying out here the deals are on Mi and Ashton are working on the back section and a few in the front .Deals on homes
