This specific Shipley never has plain kolaches.. This is the seventh time that I have been here in the morning and they have not had plain kolaches
Today is Sunday. I got 3 sugar donuts at 8:45 am at this Shipley’s and I swear they are yesterday’s donuts. Kind-of hard, spongy and shrunken. Definitely not fresh…definitely not made this morning. The last time I came here was over 6 months ago, the donuts were old that day too. So much for second chances. Why would you serve old donuts, especially on Sunday? Very disappointing, Shipley’s..you’re a travesty of donuts. Lol.
Employees at this location do not tell you your total clearly and they give receipts only when you request them. This location also does not accept coupons that the corporate location sends you after a local restaurants overcharges you or messes up your order. Corporate responds with a general blanket statement but several people have already made complaints of the same nature and nothing has been done to correct these matters. For reference, this review was posted in May of 2025
