The Engineer turned up just before the appointed time and the problem was quickly narrowed down. Were able to fix a hardware problem ourselves at a later date without a callout charge.
Had the pleasure of working with the team at Shipleys on a national conference that we held at Ngā Hau E Whā national marae in Wainoni earlier in the year. Having worked with Shipleys on many events on the past they were the obvious choice when approaching an AV company to both deliver to a high standard but be adaptable to various tikanga and customary processes in place when being on marae.
