My mother was taken here (April 2012) after a week in the hospital for a heart attack. Her mind was unaffected but she still needed nursing attention for a few days. She was placed in the 'skilled nursing' wing where seemingly all other patients had lost their minds and mobility. She had very limited nursing attention overnight and no rest, bothered by the other 'inmates' singing, talking gibberish, etc. The nursing care was indifferent, they spilled a bedpan over her and thought it funny.
