I've had great experience with Shipley Energy. Our water heater broke and they came out right away. It was a mess in our basement, and I'm thankful they were so helpful and quick with their service. The technician was friendly, too.
sent a service rep out, he told us the part we needed was failing and very expensive. 2 weeks later it failed, i called another company in only to learn that the furnace was still under warranty...... Shipley should have known that and if we would have ordered at the time, we would have never known and been charged. I called for warranty, yea they ordered the part but when I said I didnt want them installing (since they didn't even offer to tell us under warranty)...
