went in last Wednesday. only person in at 0530. hardly any donuts on the shelves. asked the young lady for a dozen donuts. started to ask for this flavor that flavor. she was completely confused, mind you, she had only said a very faint hello. after correcting her 3-4 times on what i wanted she was done. she put donuts on counter. rang me up and left them there on the counter. never once asked me if i needed napkins or a bag. so i asked for a bag...never once said thank you come again (which i wont). funny thing a gentleman ... read more
Pink sprinkle donut!
This is probably one of the worst Shipley's I've been to. The staff is friendly but there's a substantial language barrier. And my favorite thing in the world is Shipley's filled donuts but at this place they're filled with 80% air then a 20% filling and that wasn't just the one off that's every time I order them which is very disappointing. I really hope this place gets better
I work from home until 7 am so decided to door dash some donuts. I got a create your own dozen box. I got my order and half the order was incorrect. I called and spoke with David who said bc they didn’t have everything made just yet and didn’t want me to wait, he chose whatever he wanted to choose for the subs. Do not order from here!!!! I had my mom pick up an order at this location after I ordered online. The guy asked for the person who bought it to confirm online that the order had been picked up. I had no option to do so. He claimed that people steal online orders from there all the time... My mom showed him the order number and details I received in the email.
