I have had to downgrade my previous review to a 1 star. I have come in here a few times, usually around 8am, and the inventory is very low. This last trip was frustrating. There was less than a dozen glazed and half a dozen chocolate glazed. I wanted some chocolate Bavarian filled but they didnt have Bavarian with chocolate glazed and would make any. Ordered a couple of Ham and Cheese Kolaches. They were small! They were about 1/2 the size from other Shipley's! Flavor was good, as you would expect, but not what the quality I expected from Shipley's! Higher prices, and smaller products, will make me make these at home! It isn't rocket science! You are already over priced for most all of your items, Don't push us further, or we will revolt! You are truly NOT that special!

Shipley's used to be our favorite, however, both times we came to this location, the donuts were dry, stale and old. Today we came at 8a so I'm genuinely confused. Very disappointed. Much better consistency at other McKinney location.
