This place sucks. Service is horrible. The people always have a nasty attitude and just don’t care. Also, they walked away with my wife’s debit card and acting suspicious about it. Please close this location or hire new people with good attitudes.
Been here a couple times, donuts are never fresh even in the morning. I’ll drive a little farther to go to the other one.
Have had multiple bad experiences at this store. The kids working here just dont care about customers. Have walked in before around 1pm and no one was working the store front, all the kids were in back off screwing around. I had to yell for someone to come out after waiting around. Also have pulled up to the drive through speaker at 530am and no one had headsets on. I waited and waited with no response to requests for service. As a new location this place should make you feel welcome, the kids working here don’t do that and show that they do not care about customer service. Every time we have come to this location it looks like they are sold out of everything and the wait time is crazy at anytime of the day we go. Customer service is definitely lacking, the whole place needs to be trained again.
