The woman working the drive-thru is consistently rude for no reason. Even though we live right around the corner from this location, we choose to drive all the way to Manvel whenever we want Shipley’s.
Manager seemed emotionally unstable. She was rude and unprofessional to customers and acts like she does not want to be there.
The lady who runs this place for some bizarre reason insists on choosing for you instead of letting you decide what you want yourself and gets mad when you choose something she clearly doesn’t want you to choose. Weird, poorly run and just strange atmosphere.
