Solid location. They do a good job here. Service and quality are good. The coffee is very good too. I don't love Shipley donuts, but when the are super fresh they can be pretty darn good. Good quality employees here and seems to be well run. Shipley is a good spot to go to get a gallon coffee jug for a party or gathering with short or no notice.
Donuts are always cool, literally never fails! The donuts always taste old and cool. It's a new location but everything about this location is junk!! Oh and never get iced coffee from here, don't ask me whyyyy! Do better shipleys
Made an order on the app. My 15yo went to pick it up for us, upon arrival they told him it was already picked up. What followed was 25mins of rudeness and treating him like he was a scammer. Terrible way to treat a kid and absolutely not my issue you gave our order to the wrong person. They kept telling him the order was complete and two of the staff members were encouraging him to “just click order again”. Trying to encourage/push a child to pay twice.
Fast and easy pick ups for our quick mornings. Everything is always soft and warm.
