We stopped by this morning to order a hot vanilla latte, but the woman working gave us an iced coffee instead. When we let her know that we had ordered a hot vanilla latte, she insisted that what we received was called a cappuccino and refused to change it at first. My husband politely asked if she could please remake the drink, and she became visibly irritated, correcting him multiple times about the terminology and claiming the order was placed incorrectly. 8:45 on a Sunday am: donuts were all cold and hard, glazing was melting off. The ‘icing’ filled donuts just tasted like a mix of some kind of chemicals. We threw them away rather than eat them. It was that bad. Ladies at the counter were very sweet but the lady helping us couldn’t speak English. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times Just to order chocolate donuts. Good thing my husband can speak a bit of Spanish or we’d never have gotten our small order completed.
