The owner of this location was working on a Monday evening. I visited with my sister and he was extremely nice and friendly from the moment we walked in to when we left. He was willing to answer questions and included some Apple bits to taste! 10/10 donut shop. I will be back
I use Uber delivery. When I order a dozen, I expect 12 donuts 🍩... I chose them specifically. I only received 10. All of them were obviously not freshly made. Two of them were very dry. I contacted them about my missing rings of yumminess, no one responded or sent them.
Horrible customer service!! Im assuming the intercom was not working properly, so we drove to the window. Worker open the window with the most unwelcoming look and said with an attitude, "I couldn't hear you at all." He turned around and sneezed without properly covering his sneeze. Exposing his germs to all the donuts!! We drove off. We went to the other potranco location near walmart.
I frequent this Shipleys probably 2 times week and the service is always great. The donuts and kolaches are very consistent and tasty. Today one of the employees added two extra filled donuts because the dozen I bought were smaller than average. Then gave me an apple fritter to try just because I always order an apple filled donut. The service reminded me of a small town donut shop that actually cares about its patrons.
Great experience. Fresh food.
