Donuts are not good at this location
Bottom line the reason we always receive incorrect orders is simple. Not one person in the building speaks fluent English. Not one! You can order a dozen but the issue is they don’t know what a dozen means. I have a Spanish speaking co worker grab ours because they never get his order wrong. I’m all about equality and equal rights. However, can we employ one English speaking person at this location?
Please check your order before leaving this store. Not certain if someone struggles with counting or they simple don’t care. I placed two online orders as the first was incorrect. They forgot half the order. I reordered a second time within 15 mins. The second order was missing half the order. I called repeatedly until I got an answer and informed them of the issue. Order was explained to the cashier several times, and when the order was received, it was wrong.
I give them 2 stars because they lie. The lady at the front, a lady with glasses, says that everything is always fresh and I brought some donuts a week ago and they were old. I think the lady's name is Rosa and she has a cashier who seems to be her friend and repeats everything she says. They have an arrogant attitude. They didn't remember that I had been there before and that they sold me old donuts.
