As my first time coming here, did not feel welcome . Cashier with blonde hair had a attitude for each question I had. I left without purchasing anything. I let her know if she wants to sell she needs a better attitude. No wonder this place was empty. The manager needs to know what kind of employee they have in their business.
Their donuts are COLD. Tho I asked for warm glaze and they accommodated me but the glaze didn’t even get a chance to sit well. the kolaches were Cold. They need to microwave them … no one wants cold food.
When I come here the Hispanic girl with blonde hair is rude, they don't seem to properly let their donuts rise before frying them, I asked for hot glazed literally stepped right outside to my car and they were cold why advertise something not available? Or why not just say they don't have them rather than selling me whatever? The baker guy was creepily peeping at me from the other side of the donut display with his face very close to the food, nasty. The Shipleys in baytown on i10 open 24 hrs is so much better.
