Out of everything… the lady who works there doesn’t speak English. You say glazed you get a chocolate donut you explain plain glazed you get a chocolate iced… just left without my whole order because she’s incompetent
We stopped in on a whim yesterday. It was mid-afternoon, so I expected them to be low on some items; however, they were completely sold out of several common items-apple fritters, Bavarian cream, several types of cake donuts. Added to that was the fact that the sole employee in the shop at the time spoke VERY little English, and the two cream-filled donuts I ordered ended up actually being lemon-filled. Really, none of what we ordered was fantastic. Very disappointing… We will not be returning.
My guess is the cook makes one hot glaze a week. The location never has any hot glaze donuts 6 am No 7 am No 8 am No etc… just cold glaze donuts and a microwave. And the service is not friendly. Save yourself money and time and go to another location.
It's an every day battle here. You have to argue for hot donuts and they are all so very very rude
This place use to be great on doing hot donuts now you can never get them hot it's like they cook them all at once, the price of donuts has went up so if I'm gonna pay that much I should atleast get them how I want them and that is hot. The Chinese cook in the back has a bad attitude and the Hispanic cook was the best til the Chinese guy took over. Now if you want some hot donuts no matter what time in the morning go to the one on baker rd, they cook them hot for you if that's what you want and the service is better, I stay ... read more
