They open early which is a plus. One of the only donut shops around town that closes later than the rest. The donuts are really good. Pillowy, soft, perfect sweetness. I tried the butterfly roll and that was amazing! The service is always fast and they're friendly. My only gripe is with their app. I've been three times recently. They scanned my app and then I don't get my points. It's frustrating and there's no chat support.
DELICIOUS
I don't know what they've changed about their chocolate but it doesn't taste like chocolate anymore on their iced donuts. So sick of all these companies serving us non-food items so they can become a little richer by saving money on imitation fake crap. Giving a two star just for the that reason. We've always loved Shipleys but what a disappointment. Also, the iced coffee was watered down or something. Barely any flavor. All the other donuts were good.
