Had placed an order online. Tried picking it up but they did not pick up my call. Finally they picked up after a long time and by that time i had gone to another donut shop since I had to take order for group. I told them when they picked up to cancel order since they never responded. They never refunded the amount.
Got all different flavors; ppl there very helpful and got my order fast!
They were so accommodating! When I asked for fresh hot glazed donuts, they made some for me in under 5 minutes! There is nothing like fresh glazed Shipley Donuts. The staff was so kind and friendly! I will be back!
