The girl working was on a phone call the whole time I was ordering and paying. The donuts looked like they had been sitting out for a week. The glazed donuts had questionable spots under the glaze that looked like mold. We threw the donuts in the trash and went to Krispy Kreme instead.
I typically love the service and food but I have now come here multiple times and different hours of the day and they have been out of different items such as kolaches. They are very inconsistent and poor management.
I came back to give them another shot when I was there last month and this time they did not disappoint as the service has improved from staff to quality of Donuts and Kolache! I will now be a regular😍
I am a regular costumer and I go to this Shipleys almost everyday for a iced coffee I work right beside them and there is a Mexican lady and a younger girl and they do great, but when the Indian older lady is there she always says they don’t have coffee but it’s only when she is there, I honestly feel like she just doesn’t want to make it she is very rude and when I see her there it makes me just want to leave and come another time when she isn’t there
