Excellent customer service!
I gave it this place 1 star because of the terrible customer service experience I had this morning. First, I ordered my food (green apple smoothie and two donuts) before I got to the window. Once I got to the window, the cashier asked me what I wanted as if they never took my order. RIDICULOUS. I had to repeat my order numerous times for her to get it right. Then, she tells me that they are out of green apple smoothie. I’m not sure why they didn’t tell me that when I initially ordered my food and BEFORE I got to the window. ... read more
