I gave it this place 1 star because of the terrible customer service experience I had this morning. First, I ordered my food (green apple smoothie and two donuts) before I got to the window. Once I got to the window, the cashier asked me what I wanted as if they never took my order. RIDICULOUS. I had to repeat my order numerous times for her to get it right. Everything was "perfect"....the staff, the donuts, the breakfast sandwiches(kolache), and environment. I rate A+
