I've been going to this Shipleys since childhood! I've never had a bad experience all the staff new and old have always been so kind! And the food is always amazing!
They forgot to give us one doughnut.But when we told them about it , they gave us the doughnut. Point being , they should have been paying enough attention to give us the proper order to begin with.
We just stopped in for a couple of quick donuts and was surprised with a free gourmet coffee and lots of smiles with quick service and we will definitely be coming back
