It was raining when I drove up to the location, I thought about going through the drive thru but I chose to walk in instead and I’m glad I did because the employee Neveah gave me the best customer service I’ve received since living in Midland and the atmosphere was superb 10/10 I recommend.
I recently went 2 days in a row and ordered one item and have gotten the wrong thing both times. And today I show up today and wait 5 or 10 min at the drive through order screen and nobody said anything so I go inside and the girl comes from the back and starts taking orders and for the drive through and I waited probably 10 mins more before I just left this place is terrible
I couldn’t get what I went for because I couldn’t speak Spanish. No English speaking employees there.
They did good. They forgot my apple fritter but they are human. I survived and ate the rest of my donuts in peace.
