The Bay City location is fantastic. Always has good donuts in stock.And the employees are always so polit.

The employe Joe was told he was the baker has done an amazing and had really good customer service everything is made fresh love it
Went on April 7, there is completely new ownership. Donuts were way better and more fresh than with the previous owner. Coffee was hot. Customer service was excellent. The store is also open until later now. This store has completely turned around for the better.
