Very disappointing experience. The woman working the drive-thru was extremely rude and unwelcoming from the moment I placed my order. I usually will drive to a further Shipley away from me because this one by me will pretty much try to cut every corner to save money …but this was the last straw for me cream filled donut fitting in the palm of my hand. This is crazy work ! Spend your money at a Shipleys that will actually give you a regular size donut for the already increased prices we pay.
The donuts are always cold & for some reason they don’t like to warm them up when you ask. or they’ll have an attitude for no reason.
