Me and my family visited the Shipley's on 7211 Atascocita road in Humble Texas this morning. We were giving day old donuts at 5 in the morning. This is unacceptable. The reviews from this location were horrible to say the least. Shipley's really needs to look into this.It's making the franchise look bad. A waste of my eight dollars. I don't recommend.
Recieved cold and stale Donut's @5a.m....Highly not recommended! ..... I've never received cold and stale donuts at this hour. Will not return to this location EVER.
I’m all for a good donut, and I was craving Shipley’s this morning. Pulled up, excited to get in, but as I approached the door, I found it locked—despite the "OPEN" sign flashing. Naturally, I thought maybe I was mistaken, so I called the store. No answer. At this point, I'm getting confused, so I take a look at the side window and see a sign that says "Drive Thru Open Only." DO NOT EAT HERE!! We order 2 kolache and a donut and we found a black worm inside our kolaches!! We went to the store and show them and complain and the lady at the drive thru was very rude, unhelpful, and didn’t take our concern/complaint seriously. I am very concerned due to my child eating their kolaches! Who knows if there was more than a worm in their food, or where this worm came from!! AVOID THIS DISGUSTING PLACE AT ALL COST!!
