I sat at the ordering board for a minute or so and no one said anything, so I drove to the window. The lady was rude and said go back and order at the speaker. I told her there was a truck behind me now and could I just let her know. She said go around and get behind them and order. I left. That’s bad customer service and bad business. I went to the one in Summerwood instead.
Always cold donuts, never fresh
If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!!!!! I went through the drive thru and forgot to order 1 more bag of donut holes and when I tried to get a second one Ashley at the window said “I have a line and you should have ordered back there so you can take this or not” which I replied “you don’t have to be rude” and she said “ok” and slammed the window. Unprofessional and freaking disgusting customer service!!!!!! She should be fired!!!!!!
Very rude customer service. They messed up my mobile order and refused to correct it. Anna needs to find another job if she doesn’t like what she does. I had to escalate my issue to customer service over a damn kolache mistake. What a waste of time!
Ladies have the worst attitude! First time at this location and I did not see the speaker so went up to the window to order. Lady slammed the window multiple times and at the end said “Next time you don’t order at the speaker we will not take your order” and slammed the window again. There were no cars behind me and I had already paid when a car pulled up behind me. Not busy enough to have this kind of attitude at 7 in the morning.
