$16 for a dozen glazed donuts?! Price gouging and terrible results and service
How do you serve COLD, not room temp, but COLD glazed donuts? Almost like they took yesterday's and put them in the fridge and resold them the next day.
The somoan lady working the drive thru was very rude. The lobby is locked so you could only use the drive thru, but the drive thru menu has nothing on it or prices. I asked if they had coffee or donut holes and what the prices were. She wouldnt offer me any info or a better menu to look at and slammed the window door in my face and got on her phone. I was excited about having a Shipleys close to my home but will not be coming back
I wish these owners would sell to somebody else who might treat customers with ANY friendly or welcoming way. ALWAYS RUDE, CURT AND UNFRIENDLY despite my smile and hello each time I come through, I always thank them, I always tip, and they always manage to make me feel like they cannot stand me and their customers and that it's a burden, an imposition and a pain in their butt to wait on people. Stay away from this location. I attempted to order at the window since it was pouring rain outside and didn’t want to get soaked when ordering. Plus I needed 6 dozen and needed to make sure my order was heard correctly. The manager, whose name starts with an R, refused to take my order. She told me I would have to order at the speaker and slammed the drive thru window closed. I then proceeded to drive down 1960 to the other Shipley’s location which was wonderful.
