Horrible customer service! They placed my order of donuts in a flimsy box, then my drink rolled over into the box smashing the donuts. When I asked them to replace the donuts that were damaged, the staff then blamed me by stating I grabbed the bag wrong when all I did was take it from the handle, the way the girl in the drive-thru gave it to me. I am a frequent customer, and this morning I had a bad experience. My daughter ordered some donuts and a kolache, but the woman who served her seemed to be new because I had never seen her before. She had trouble understanding what my daughter was ordering (apparently she doesn't understand English). i don’t know if it was the that or because we were colored people. I really want to give this Shipley a great review since it is in my neighborhood, but I must say that this has to be the worst one I have ever been to and it really saddens me. I have stopped by several times since you have opened. Always on my way to work between the hours of 6-630 am. Why are your Kolaches not Hot and Fresh? Why is the bread hard and dry? I literally have to peel and throw away half the bread on my kolache because it is so awful. Do you not use the same recipe as other Shipley's?
