I always enjoy stopping by Shipley Do-Nuts, and one of the main reasons is Vanessa. She always greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome. Her customer service is excellent—she’s attentive, friendly, and genuinely cares about the customers.
I’m beyond frustrated!! I come here EVERY single day, and the last 4 times I’ve been handed cold donuts after specifically asking for HOT ones. How does an established business not have hot donuts ready at 7:30 in the morning?! This is unacceptable and honestly ridiculous.
