If I could leave a ZERO star I would. Do not go to this location. I asked the lady who takes the order (she had the light voice) if the glazed donuts are hot and fresh because the glazed here are typically cold if not asked. Also, the last time I came they told me they were hot and gave me old warmed up donuts. To clarify, I asked the time they were made and the lady proceeded to yell and say THEYRE HOT. I do not appreciate the unprofessionalism and lies these people tell especially where I am spending MY money.
At 10:10am the lady at the drive thru dropped a hot cappuccino onto my left hand and it's burning and hurts very bad. The lady stated her name is Sylvia. Not sure if that's true since all the staff claimed to not speak english and ignored my request to file a incident report. I asked for manager and corporate number all staff refused. They called Sylvia back from leaving and she gave me a number to call. This is ridiculous.
