I went in the morning for hot donuts and they gave me COLD ones! At first, a young girl was helping me, but then an older woman — clearly the manager — stepped in and treated me like I was the problem. Instead of trying to fix it or offer any solution, she flat-out insisted on giving me a refund and refused to listen. My favorite Shipley’s to go to, I go at the same time every Friday Saturday and Sunday and they know my order every time !!
I enjoy coming to this Shipleys because not only the food but the customer service is exceptional it’s always good to see everyone’s smiling faces specially Jessica, Elvia, Vanessa, Maria & Sofia. To know that the minute they hear me on the intercom they already know it’s me and knowledges me by my name!
