I went to the drive through around 1:40 pm August 16h Saturday and was helped by Madison. I asked her was the items hot she said they don’t make anything fresh after 11am. I stated that I meant just warm not cold. She then stated per manager they can not heat up any of there food and if the customer wants it heated up they may come into the lobby and do it there selves. Please make fresh donut glaze 8n the morning or buy a microwave. It's not Shipley if it ain't hot. I stopped going after 3 attempts
Went in for the first time on 7/26/2025 around 5 and as soon as we pulled up we saw 3 papers on the door window. One said they only had regular kolaches another said they weren’t making anymore donuts after 11 and the other said they take apple pay. We went inside and the girl working had a bad attitude like she hated working there and it was a bother to her to have any customers. I asked for 3 kolaches and she said she only had 2 left.
