This is a terrible Shipley location. The staff acts as though they don't care and the food is terrible. Go to another one please.
I went to get my half dozen for free! They were good and fresh. Everything is always clean and organized.
I've been here twice and I won't go again, I love Shipleys, but the little girl in this location needs more customer service training. When you ask her a question she just looks lost, like she has no idea what is going on. She used my rewards without me telling her to, only to give me some old soggy mediocre donuts. Learn how to communicate with the customer, it shouldn't be hard to get donuts from a place that specializes in donuts. I won't be giving them my money for poor customer service AND low quality donuts.
