Without explanation, the drive-thru was slow as molasses.
Been going here for years getting iced cinnamon roll(with no nuts). Now they refuse to do it for me. Read another post with similar complaint. To top it off, she was rude toward me and super dismissive. I do love Shipleys! Too bad they don't have the customer service they use to have.
