I have visited many Shipley donuts in the past and none have been as horrible as this one. For one, the woman that came up to the window was one scary looking one. She did not smile, say hi or seem friendly at all. The lights in the background being turned off as if the place was closed made it even worse. I literally had to ask if they were open. I asked for my order and she said she would get it if she even had it. Mind you, they were nowhere near closing time. I got home and saw the donuts I ordered and omg they were hard... read more
Just got some donuts for my kids and the lady with the heavy dark red make up was absolutely rude. I will never go back to this location again. The donuts are great but it’s hard to enjoy when you taste the attitude.
The donuts were old and stale
Staff is friendly....Their power rings always hit the spot. Need a chair and just want to sit at the donut counter lmao
