My wife purchased donuts on 9/20/25 and we discovered that our bank showed a double draft. We contacted the management and were promised it would be taken care of. Two weeks later with 3 trips and several phone calls we still had not received a refund. We contacted corporate office and were told it would be taken care of. As of today 10/30/25 we have not seen anything refunded to our account or heard from the management at the local store or corporate office. This is the third time all the donuts have been overcooked, aka burned. Specifically the cinnamon twists and sausage and cheese koloches. I keep visiting every few months hoping it was a one off but nothing has changed. Hopefully this gets their attention and they adjust their cooktimes or something. Update: back in town and decided to try it again. Added a photo. Burned cinnamon twist and over cooked dense donut holes. So disgusting. It makes me so sad
