I go to many Shipleys and this one I just go to because its out of convenience being located next to my house. The lines are always really long, and you sit there waiting quit a while. When you get to the window the service sucks and is no help. The older woman with the long dark hair his always really rude to me every time I go there. I'm not picky nor rude so why the crappy service or attitude? When I get my kolaches they are cold, and just out of great customer service they don't heat them up or even ask.
