This is our go-to Shipley's. Donuts and kolaches are always great. Had an issue with an order once and the owner was super helpful and receptive to feedback, and made things right immediately.
I have been to this location before and used the drive through and do not normally have any issues except this morning. I gentleman did not know the donuts I was asking and had to explain 3 times the donuts I wanted. Usually these chocolate log are given to you in a small box because of the length and having a chocolate topping. Today I received 2 of them shoved on top of each other in a bag. We had to tear the bag to try to get them out and ended up also tearing the donuts to get them out of the bag and from sticking togeth... read more
