I always pick up Uber eats from the place. I've never picked up an order for myself! Now, the blueberry, donut, was the best I've ever had. The coffee, not so good. Now, I can look pass that, because of the awesome and amazing customer service!!
All shipley do-nuts need to train at the Garland location. They serve Hot and Fresh do-nuts all day. That's honestly the Shipley way. I grew up on these. This place is hit or miss! One thing is for sure they are never hot and rarely fresh. However, the customer service is sweet. So... Anyway hopefully they can make changes. Nobody want to order glaze and chocolate icing is at the bottom or crumbs from other donuts. For me, it reads dirty. Just my opinion.
Too notch donuts, a clean shop, and really friendly / efficient staff. We go just about every Saturday for consistent good donuts.
Would give them a Negative review if I could.. My mother purchased a e-gift card directly from the website for her grandkids.. 2 boys aged 4 and 5.... she sent me the email that had the gift card number and other items attached to it. I showed the email to the store employees and they couldn't figure it out. They got the manager, with no luck, they then called corporate and no luck either.. what company doesn't know how to use there own gift card!? Like for real????!!
