How important is branding for Shipley's? I was excited to see a Shipley's finally be built near my home. I was excited by all the branding and extended branding by the new franchisee. When I purchased anything, everyone I shared it with was excited about it. Now, after a few months, that is no longer the case. Refused to take my coupon that “wasn’t valid” although it was only valid at that location and was not expired for a month. Horrible customer service. Literally the coupon was what brought me there in the first place. Bad customer service definitely does not make me want to ever go back.
We liked the donuts. They tasted better than most places but the without the artificial taste. These donuts taste more homemade. The service was great, and the lady was super nice.
Good place, and the prices are fair too. I stopped by late one evening and didn't think they would have anything fresh, but they did. It was great.
