I guess they don't know what a sampler box is. I didn't get any of the ones that was listed. She just threw random donuts in it. For someone that never been to shipley i wanted to glazed but no. Ill never stop at another shipley again.

Visited the Forest Hill location on my way to work and was very disappointed. I ordered a ham and cheese kolache and cinnamon twist. The lady gave me the kolache and then hands me a bag of donut holes. I said I didn't order holes I ordered a twist and she looks confused then gets me a twist. I make it to work and the kolache is dry as well as the twist which is super small. Saw a video circulating of staff being racist towards a man who used his rewards there . He was profiled and asked not to return and to find another donut shop next time …. Fix your customer service
