I take my kiddo here regularly and the folks are always super lovely, the donuts are always fresh, and we hardly ever wait.
May be this is a knockoff of Shipley, I can't say why their food is so bad from the other stores I have tried. I have been to this store probably 3-4 times, and every time, they have made my order wrong. When I got 1/2 dozen donuts, they cramped that in a small paper bag, and it was a horrible mess to get into. Their donuts are not fresh and very doughy and dense and horrible for Shipley's standards. Save yourself some $$ and disappointment, visit the other stores nearby.
