This is the worst Shipleys. No sausage and cheese kolaches at 9:45 am. Offered ham and cheese or plain sausage. Donuts are always thrown in the bag upside down without any wax paper to prevent the icing from sticking to the paper bag.
Waited forever to finally get a Shipley location near us. I don’t understand why plain glazed and chocolate iced the donuts taste fine, but they are smaller, duller, never seem freshly made (texture is as if they are 2 or 3 days old at time of sale). I’ve never experienced this at any other Shipley. First time ever going to Shipley Do-Nuts in MT Belvieu. It was horrible. They gave me a hard chocolate donut and hard donut holes. They could have at least warmed them up some. I won't be going back. Thumbs down to poor service.
Service was great. Restaurant is very clean and kept.
