I placed an order 5 days ago for pick up and when I got to the store they started making them AT my pick up time. Furthermore, they didnt even include everything I ordered. Whats the whole point of including a pick up time on the app? First and last time I go to a Shipley's. Robbed me of my time and money.
We stop here often. Today, we were told the restroom was out of order. Then we were told the were not for the public. Then were asked if we were going to buy something and I said yes and then we were allowed to use the restroom. On top of that we had to return because some of our order was missing. Customer service is not very good.
