Traumatizedddd by our experience here at this location 1031 Loop 336 W Conroe, TX 77301… the manager was super rude the moment we started taking our order when we asked if she could repeat it back to us she proceeds to SLAM the drive through door. We went in to get her name to report the incident she then yells out “I don’t have to take your order! I’m the manager!” To which we replied your not the owner and I’m sure they wouldn’t align with the image you just created…
Very busy of course but Workers were still kind and intent when it was your time to order. You didn't feel rushed. My donuts were the best. I get a blueberry cake, a chocolate topped with wal nuts. Delicious.
