Iris customer service was phenomenal!!! Giving it this PLACE four stars because it was my first time going in and it wasn't a super WOW however I could see myself going back, definitely a good spot if you need a boost while your loved one is in urgent care next door. (Didn't check to see if this spot had wifi for its guests, but comfortable enough to go back and refill my cup of joe of creamer if needed, definitely enough space to feel safe to do you.)
