They get the most important part right, which is being sweet to my kids.
The women that work here are insufferable. They handed off an order I was supposed to pick up and they handed it to someone else. If they had just acknowledged the mistake they made and apologized then I wouldn’t be making this. Instead they doubled down and insisted that they gave it to the right person despite them not having any real way of knowing.
Horrible service! Placed order on app, even added tip even though I was going in to pick up the order. Got home and was shorted an apple fritter. Tried to get a credit but when the girl I was talking to came back on the phone she said there was a way to do that on the app.I didn't want to download the app as this was a one time visit. Wow! I walked in and ordered two dozen donuts, the staff was SO rude. They immediately huffed and groaned. One employee walked over, slammed my box down and stormed off. When I apologized for giving them business, she rolled her eyes and ignored me. The manager(?) snapped at the older lady working the cash register and yelled “go get a bag! $14 for 4 donuts and 2 bags of donut holes. Rude woman. The donut holes under cooked. Like goop inside. And the cream filled donut had the smallest amount of filling. This place sucks.
