Old lady in the front has ugly addtuide,don't wanna work there she miserable just go home and don't work if you don't want to deal with ppls trying to order coffee and donuts in the moring
Very friendly staff
The older lady with the glasses working in the drive-through had a very bad attitude while I was ordering If you hate your job so much, why don’t you just quit? This is not the first time that she’s giving me attitude. This is like the fifth time that is always the same lady.
We are very disappointed after we went for dounuts and coffee at Shipley this morning. The donuts were cold, the coffee was straight chocolate milk , chairs were stacked in the front still at opening and the young girl at the front register was super rude. Donuts tasted like yesterday's left overs! We usually love Shipley but this location is terrible. we ended up throwing everything away
They get the most important part right, which is being sweet to my kids.
