The older lady with the glasses working in the drive-through had a very bad attitude while I was ordering If you hate your job so much, why don’t you just quit? This is not the first time that she’s giving me attitude. This is like the fifth time that is always the same lady.
We are very disappointed after we went for dounuts and coffee at Shipley this morning. The donuts were cold, the coffee was straight chocolate milk , chairs were stacked in the front still at opening and the young girl at the front register was super rude. Donuts tasted like yesterday's left overs! We usually love Shipley but this location is terrible. we ended up throwing everything away
They get the most important part right, which is being sweet to my kids.
The women that work here are insufferable. They handed off an order I was supposed to pick up and they handed it to someone else. If they had just acknowledged the mistake they made and apologized then I wouldn’t be making this. Instead they doubled down and insisted that they gave it to the right person despite them not having any real way of knowing.
Horrible service! Placed order on app, even added tip even though I was going in to pick up the order. Got home and was shorted an apple fritter. Tried to get a credit but when the girl I was talking to came back on the phone she said there was a way to do that on the app.I didn't want to download the app as this was a one time visit. Heard the conversation in the background while waiting for an answer and the truth is they don't give refunds. Her resolution as long as I had the receipt could come in and get another one.
