Usually Shipley is the best do-nut in town.. My fave is chocolate filled.. I hadn't been there In a while, so I was completely disappointed when I stopped in a got some the other day... They had almost no filling in them.. They have always had a nice proportionate amount of chocolate filling. This time each donut had only a tiny squirt... I mean really tiny as in not even measurable.. Maybe a half teaspoon, if that... Certainly not acceptable... I'll try one more time to see if maybe my batch I got this time was an anomaly..... read more
Great Shipley’s Donut Location. Very busy. Which keeps the freshness of the donuts and kolaches top notch. Staff were very friendly, quick and efficient. Big area, nice seating area. Donuts delicious. Kolaches were wonderful. Love Shipley’s, and absolutely love this location. Highly recommended
I went in today and I had a two free glazed donuts reward but the lady when I told her about it said she can’t do anything about rewards because she isn’t a manager but she was the only one in there. She said manager is only morning. So I’m a little annoyed that I couldn’t use it on our order. I think rewards should be able to be used at any point of being open. There should be a manager or someone trained better in there at all times.
