Shipleys is a family tradition. I grew up on them in 70's, 80's, 90's. Young lady at this location is working solo, running back & forth from the front counter to the drive thru. She was very friendly & good customer service even though understaffed and busy. Hopefully the Franchisees is appreciative and paying her good.
No point ever should you handle/take priority to walk-in customers over drive-through customers. To make matters worse, I was already in line and drive-through when I saw the person walk in. So no, they were not waiting ahead of me. Won’t be baaaaaaack! Not with the mediocre donuts.
