Great donuts and kaloches
My children and I rarely visit this location but when we do, the older woman at the window always tries to short us an item. Every single time. I always have to correct her and she acts surprised then corrects it. If she does this to multiple customers who are rushing in the morning, she is knowingly pocketing their money. Donut Palace in downtown Buda has never shorted us. Master Donuts on Riverside in Austin hasn’t either. Choose either or another donut shop if you don’t want to be taken advantage of.
So much variety! Did the drive thru and they had the very specific donuts for my 5 and 7 yo, down to the shape, color, and sprinkles.
Order from these idiots on delivery services. And instead of allowing the courier to directly communicate 1 substitution out of 13 items they cancel the whole order. Don’t bother with their incompetence. Lack common sense. Courier had direct access to me while I get ready for work. Idiots blow up my phone for 1 item. There are other locations managed better
